How do I sign up for Stackin’ texts?
To sign up for Stackin’ texts, just text ‘STACK’ to 257-48. You can also sign up through our website here: http://www.startstackin.com.
Who can use Stackin’?
As long as you are at least 18 years old, you are welcome to join our text service! Certain products require you to be a U.S. citizen with a valid social security number.
Can I respond to your texts?
Of course! Text us just like you would your BFF! We get to know you better every time you text us back (message and data rates may apply!) or interact with our messages. The more we know about you, the more we can help you!
Do I need a login & password after I have signed up for a text?
Nope! For our texting services, your phone number is all you need. However, If you have signed up for Stackin’ Cash or Stackin’ Invest you will need to use your login to access your account information if you have signed out. No biggie if you forgot your password, just navigate to the sign-in page on the Stackin’ web app and select “Forgot your password,” enter the phone number associated with your Stackin’ account and we’ll text you a confirmation code that you can use to reset your password. If you’re still having issues after following these directions you can reach out to the customer support team for more assistance.
Is Stackin’ safe?
Yep! Handing over your personal information can be a little intimidating… we get it. The good news is we use bank-grade security & encryption systems to keep your information safe and secure at all times.
How can I stop receiving texts from Stackin’?
We’d hate to see you go, but you can opt out from receiving messages from Stackin’ at any time by
texting ‘STOP’ to 257-48.
I accidentally unsubscribed from Stackin’ texts, how do I resubscribe?
No biggie, resubscribing is easy! If you were previously subscribed to Stackin' texts and opted-out, you can resubscribe by texting "OOPS" or "STACK" to 257-48!

What is a Stackin’ Cash account?
Stackin’ Cash is a spend and save account that gives you the high-interest earning of a savings account with the flexibility of a checking account. It’s the best one-stop shop for all your banking needs. We believe your money should be working as hard as you do and with Stackin’ Cash it is.
What does “Powered By Radius Bank” mean?
This means that Radius is the provider for your bank account, but it's offered exclusively for Stackin’ users.
Stackin’ and Radius partnered together to create a unique bank account you would love. You can check your transactions, balance and more with Stackin’ but if you want to manage your debit card preferences, deposit mobile checks or set up direct deposit you’ll need to do that with Radius. You can download their app here.
Are there hidden fees?
Nope! We don't think you should have to pay for money that's already yours. In fact, the Cash account can help you save over $300 each year on bank fees.
What do I get with my Stackin’ Cash account?
Tons of great stuff! Your Stackin' Cash account comes with free access to ATMs worldwide, a debit card, 24/7 support, high-interest earning power, an awesome interface in the Stackin’ app to view your transactions and balance and access to the Radius app.
How do I change my debit card settings?
Great question! You can turn your debit card off or on and set custom alerts, restrictions and spending caps within the Radius Card app. This app is separate from your Radius Bank app and will need to be downloaded in addition the main banking app. You can download the Radius Card app here.
Do I need to make a deposit when I open a Stackin' Cash Account?
Nope, but we suggest setting up an auto-deposit of at least $25/month to get in the habit of saving and growing your cash! You can update or change this at anytime. Remember that the more you save, the more you earn!
How do I fund my Stackin' Cash Account?
You can fund your Stackin’ Cash account by linking a current, active bank account through Plaid. Plaid is a trusted financial service that allows users to securely connect their bank account. Stackin’ uses Plaid to verify your bank account info and occasionally check your balance to make sure you have enough funds to cover transactions.
Stackin’ Cash also accepts direct deposits, you can access the direct deposit form directly from Radius here.
When will I receive my debit card?
You will typically receive your debit card 7 business days after your account has been approved and activated. Your Stackin' Cash debit card will come from Radius Bank.
How do I update my automatic deposit?
You can adjust and update your recurring deposit in the Stackin' web app at anytime. Simply log in, navigate to the account page, select 'My Cash Account' and then select 'Recurring Deposit' to view and update your auto deposit, or click here.

How do I invest with Stackin'?
It’s easy! You can get started with a few bucks in less than 2 minutes! When you sign up for Stackin', we’ll ask some simple questions so we can get to know you and your financial picture. We’ll use those answers to recommend one or more investment(s) that may fit you based on your profile. Then, you’ll connect the bank account you want to use to buy your investments and you’ll be on your way to investing in no time!
What Do I need?
Great question! To invest with Stackin’ you need to be at least 18 years old! You’ll also need access to our web app, some basic personal info like your current address and social security number and an active bank account to link to your account and fund your investments!
Why does stackin' need my bank login info?
In order to invest you'll need to connect your current, active bank account to your investment account! Stackin' never stores your bank login information and uses Plaid to link your account. Plaid is a trusted financial service that allows users to securely connect their bank account. We use Plaid to verify your bank account info and occasionally check your balance to make sure you have enough funds to cover transactions.
Is Stackin' safe?
Yes! We know handing over your personal info can be intimidating AF, but don’t worry we use bank-grade security & encryption systems to keep your information safe and secure at all times! Your investments are always safe with Stackin’! All Stackin' investment accounts are held by our custodian DriveWealth, a registered broker-dealer regulated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Your investments are protected up to $500,000 total at DriveWealth, including $250,000 in cash balances through the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). For more information on SIPC insurance, please visit www.sipc.org.
How much does it cost?
You can make an investment with as little as $5! In addition to your investments, Stackin’ charges a monthly fee of $2 for unlimited trades and investment advice on accounts under $5k, the pricing for accounts over $5k can be found in the Wrap Fee Program Brochure.
How do I pick what to invest in?
Picking stocks can be overwhelming, we get it! That’s why we’re here to help. Based off the information you provide when you sign up, we’ll recommend a Starter Stack for you to invest in.
What am I investing in with a Starter Stack?
Each Starter Stack contains a variety of investments, making it an easy way to diversify and invest in the companies you love! The Starter Stack includes companies like Nike, Canopy Growth Corp, Netflix, Amazon, Facebook and more.
Can I withdraw money from my investment account?
Yes! You can transfer money to and from your linked back account by navigating to the “My Invest Account” section of your account page. From there, select transfers and “Sell & Transfer” to withdraw money. Keep in mind that transfers can take up to 7 business days to complete since we have to sell some of your Starter Stack before we can transfer the money out of your investment account!
How do I close my account?
We’re bummed to see you go, but the first step to closing your account is selling your securities and transferring your funds! To do so:
Go to the “My Invest Account” section of your account page: https://app.startstackin.com/account/dashboard/stackin_invest/manage_account
Click on “Transfers”
Click on “Sell & Transfer”
Click on “Sell & Transfer All Funds”
The funds will be returned back to your linked bank account as soon as the proceeds from the sale become available. From there, select “Manage My Account” and then select “Close Account” to close your account and have your money returned to your linked bank account. Please understand that this process can take up to 10 days and email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions!
I forgot my password, how can I log into my Stackin' account?
No biggie! Navigate to the sign in page on the Stackin’ web app and select “Forgot your password,” enter the phone number associated with your Stackin’ account and we’ll text you a confirmation code that you can use to reset your password. If you’re still having issues after following these directions you can reach out to the customer support team for more assistance.
I'm having trouble accessing the website to sign up, what should I do?
If you’re having trouble accessing our website or signing up, you can first try to resolve this issue by refreshing the page. If you’re still having trouble viewing our site, clear your browser history and try again. We’re constantly releasing updates and improvements to our beta products so it’s important to make sure you’re running the latest version of the app in order to have the best user experience.
